How to fix most battery drain problems of Modern Standby in Windows 10 version 2004

NOTE: This procedure does not disable Modern Standby. You cannot disable Modern Standby on modern Windows 10 devices. However, you can set it into "Network disconnected mode", which solves in most cases (if not all cases) the most annoying problem with Modern Standby: battery draining during sleep.

How to enable Network disconnected mode during Modern Standby

On Windows 10 versions before 2004 you were able to enable the Network disconnected mode while sleeping on battery right from the Settings app, under the suspension options. Unfortunately, this setting has been removed starting from version 2004. You have to manually force it via GPO or Regedit, depending on your Windows 10 license. On previous versions of Windows there also was the famous CsEnabled registry key, for forcing the old non-Modern standby on Modern standby enabled devices. That key has been removed entirely as well.
WARNING: These settings have been tested before publishing, and are taken from official MS documentation. However I am NOT responsible for any damage to your system. Modifying certaing settings, particularly in the registry can be really harmful to your operating system installation if done improperly. Do it at your own risk.

For Windows 10 Home

With the registry editor (regedit.exe) navigate to the following key (create it if not present):
HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Power\PowerSettings\f15576e8-98b7-4186-b944-eafa664402d9
Then, inside the aforementioned key, create two new DWORD values, called ACSettingIndex and DCSettingIndex, and give to them 0 as value.

For Windows 10 Pro

With the Group Policy Editor, navigate to the following policy group:
Computer configuration -> Administrative templates -> System -> Energy saving -> Settings related to suspension
Double click on these policies: Allow network connectivity during connected standby (plugged in) and Allow network connectivity during connected standby (on battery and set both of them to Disabled

How to check if Network disconnected mode is enabled

Fire up a Windows PowerShell window. Type powercfg -a. Look for the first line where the S0 state is mentioned. You should see the label "Network disconnected" right next to it. This means that you have successfully enabled the Network disconnected mode.

Edge Auto Updates GPO broke my SCCM install script

Hi
Been working on deploying New edge through SCCM (1910) through the inbuilt application package creation tool
Installed fine through sccm using the powershell script it creates.
I then turned on automatic updates from the Edge Group Policy templates which was also recommended by microsoft. This enables edge to check for updates every 10 hours and also when you go to Help > about
That works fine
After that any machine with this GP on, cannot re-install EDGe through the appliction package ( from software centre) using the pre-built sccm install powershell script. It just fails. I think it might have something to do with the Update channels or its looking for registry key thats been changed from the Group Policy update template.. Unsure though
This is the power shell script that installs it ( which is now failing):
This fancy script might not even be needed. I am just deploying the stable version through sccm and providing updates through the native app and through SCCM updates....
Not deploying any dev or beta versions....
Is there anything obvious here why the install script is failing after turning on this GPO ?
